Introduction<\/h2>

Welcome to Danceflavors, your trusted platform for buying and selling tickets to events and passes to dance classes. To ensure a safe, trustworthy and enjoyable environment for all users, we have implemented the following Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This policy sets out the basic rules that all users must follow when accessing and using our services.<\/p>

Scope of application<\/h2>

This AUP applies to all users of our platform, including event organisers, dance schools and participants.<\/p>

Acceptable use<\/h2>

Users of our platform agree to use the services only for lawful purposes. This includes:
Offering and selling tickets for legal events and classes.
Using the platform in a way that is respectful and fair to other users.
Providing accurate and truthful information when creating event or course listings.<\/p>

Unacceptable use<\/h2>

The following behaviours are a violation of our AUP and may result in suspension or deletion of your user account:
– Selling tickets or passes for illegal, immoral or unethical events or courses.
– Posting misleading, false or fraudulent information.
– Using the platform to carry out fraud or illegal activities.
– Spreading viruses, malware or other harmful software programmes.
– Harassing, threatening or violating the privacy of other users.
– Publishing copyrighted material without permission.<\/p>

Enforcement and consequences<\/h2>

Violations of our AUP will be taken seriously and may result in actions ranging from a warning to permanent suspension of the user’s account. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy and to take legal action if necessary.
Reporting violations
We encourage all users to report violations of our AUP. Please contact us at support@danceflavors.com if you believe a user is in violation of our policy.
Changes to the AUP
Danceflavors reserves the right to change this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Users will be notified of any material changes.<\/p>
